IMAGINE you have opened a successful business. What does that look like? Now you can start saving, investing, and enjoying the fruits of life. The base word of an entrepreneur is a noun who is a person that organizes and operates a business(es), taking on greater than normal financial risks in order to do so.  But now let’s take a closer look into organizing, operating, and the financial risks taken to reach across the thresholds of success in business. 

Organizations possess great preparation so you’ll need to succeed in both simultaneously. This is where creating a masterful business plan scoping out the tools you’ll need for current and future endeavors. When I started my own business, I received coaching from a company named Score. They mentored me by mapping out what my business would look like once up and running. You may want to research different CRM’s (customer relationship management) to keep you organized once your business starts to grow. Most CRM’s offer email marketing, automation tools, and much more. Now your business will look professional and you can reach more clients faster.

The best action you can take is the prediction of a business operating with buying clients. How would you stay relevant and whitelisted? Heard the saying, “why reinvent the wheel?” Our great leaders, celebrities, and influencers have already set the tone for staying current through the public lenses. Can you name people who influenced you the most in business? How did they gain your trust? What kept you coming back for more inspiration? You can now use the same tools to help sustain your company.

It's hard enough to help raise a family without having to worry about taking financial risks. Get ready to win some and lose some with a great understanding that eventually you’ll WIN. When is the last time you’ve checked your credit score? Having good personal and business credit will carry you a long way. Taking up some financial literacy classes or even hiring a financial agency to assist you with knowing where your money is going would help your business grow. Google local and state business grants that may be available to small business owners. It beats borrowing from family and friends. Knowing your resources will save you lots of money. 

What’s the best investment you could make? I’m extremely pleased to answer that question. YOURSELF! Remember owning your own business does have its benefits. However, the people who play as hard as they work exemplifies the reward of success.

Ever heard of the saying, “ A picture is worth ten thousand words' as stated by Fred R. Barnard”? Well, a book without pictures is like reading in braille. An imagination left undrawn and endless chatter in a crowded elevator. Imagine an emoji that doesn’t reflect expression. Oh my gosh! To me, a book without pictures, is a wasted illustration and that untold mystery waiting to be unfolded. 

I can re-play this conversation I had with a best friend one day. She had started to attend college and took up a debate class. Be mindful, this was a friend who already lived her life theatrically. So taking a debate course was like adding fuel to the fire. During our talk some type of way we began conversing about reading lengthy books. She went on to say reading the words of a book placed her in character. Like she was a sexy Foxy Brown battling villains in a movie. I responded with great despair, “Reading long books with no pictures was boring and it had no substance”. Immediately, I heard laughter and she said, “That’s when you know it's time to change your friends”. At that moment, I felt insulted, like she was calling me stupid and unworthy to hang in her circle because I thought differently. 

It wasn’t until years later I discovered we communicate through personality traits. According to 16 personalities.com, I was the mediator (INFP) and part of the diplomatic group. In this community of people we try to see the good even in the worst of situations and are guided by principles. We are led by honor, trust, and respect and could care less about silver and gold.  INFP we focus our attention on a small group of people and think quality over quantity. We are the deep thinkers whose battery gets drained quickly waiting to be recharged. 

Mediators are the idealists of the personalities. We are enthused by images and love to communicate through metaphors, parables, and symbols. When this personality is really tapped into, we can develop careers as writers, poetics, musicians, and actors.

Book image expression is important for most inner thinkers. We tend to bring fictional characters to life one sequel at a time. You’ll find us in large crowds, at the malls, and in the coffee shops. We are inspired by things that reveal true value and when in solitude we can be that creative butterfly. After all, I wasn’t stupid, wacky, or coo-coo for coco puffs. I had the characteristics of an artistic painter who expressed her thoughts in color.

HUH, WHAT DID YOU SAY?

Once upon a time, there lived an introvert who’s messages were left in her head for 38 long years. Every time she went to speak, her voice was invisible. Can anyone hear me, she pondered? But yet still no one answered.  She went on questioning, what was so different about her than others? People would speak saying she was weird, segregated, and anti-sociable.  For long she started to believe the negative talk, but only within her mind, she knew God had amazing plans for her life.

It’s funny how societal extroverts of this world feel introverts are meant to be left silently.  When truly we’ve explored the same possibilities in our inner thoughts. I could remember in high school being around a room full of people and feeling abandon. She’s incapable and lacks creativity some would say. But to tell you the truth, I just didn’t know how to express my thoughts in a voice. 

I GOT OTHER PLANS FOR YOU

It was not until a few months back, when all of my eggs were in one basket and I thought that life was great because I was connected through family, money, and most important my spiritual bond grew. It was at that pivotal moment when the basket was yanked from under me, I no longer had that sitting cushion. Lord, now I must dig myself out of this very unpromising place. In search of me finding who I am and why am I here on this Earth, I went to get advice from God. On several occasions, he gave me the word that brought Goosebumps over my body. I couldn’t just ignore the messages that came from him. With each message that was delivered to me rather if it came from the pastor of my church or a friend that I never met in mere passing, this was the Lord's way of speaking to me for his grace and mercy. I continued to dig and shovel to find my true authentic self, contrary to the public's opinion. What type of a human being would say, you are not worthy of God’s many blessings? On this Earth, we all have a purpose and it’s not meant for us to just take a number and have a seat. 

DON’T LOOK DOWN. YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH:

For all of the introvert's in the world do not allow your voice to be unheard. Take the time to discover your characteristics and utilize it to your fullest potential. Your purpose will leave off shame and misunderstanding at the door.  All of a sudden,  you’ll begin that positive self talk and feel those deep roots revealed. In my sister's words, “whistle while you work.” Which means you're living in your purpose and enjoying it while working. In the introverted world, we tend to not explore because we are fearful of what the public will think and it puts you in a deep dark mind-set. It’s one thing not to know your dirty laundry, but once God reveals your purpose continue to share your life’s manifestations.
